This is the hard foam that doesn't flex.

Rigid foam can be had in densities from 2 lbs per cubic foot on up past 15 lbs per cubic foot.

It's all the "self-skinning type which means it'll get a higher density layer on the outside surface which will allow for capture of detail.

Now, to get that, you have to pack it.

No, not in the suitcase. Yikes!

Foam-iT! 3 is a 3 lb density urethane foam that will expand approximately a zillion times beyond its original volume. Ok, maybe not a zillion. How about almost 20?



		Foam-iT! 8

Smooth-On's Foam-iT! 8 is a unique self-skinning rigid foam with fine, uniform cell structure.



		Foam-iT! 15

This is a 15 lb / cu. ft. density foam. that expands about 4 times its original volume.



		Foam-iT! 5

Smooth-On's Foam-iT! 5 is a 5 pound density rigid urethane foam. It's a 1:1 mix by volume and is self-skinning.
